Ryan Leaf was a first round draft pick in the 1998 NFL draft. He went on to play in the NFL for four seasons, but his career was cut short due to personal issues and injuries. After his NFL career ended, he battled drug abuse which ultimately led to him serving time in state prison. Today, Ryan has turned his life around and speaks regularly to others who struggle with addiction. He is the Program Ambassador for Transcend Recovery Community and also Chairman of the Focused Intensity Foundation which raises scholarship money to help support those who need to attend rehab.
